UPON the request of Beautéderm Corporation, and after it submitted its complete and legal documents for the reviews of its Beautéderm Skin Set which consists of Beautéderm Papaine Soap, Beautéderm Day And Night Toner, Beautéderm Day Cream, Beautéderm Night Cream 1, Beautéderm Night Cream 2, and Beautéderm Night Cream 3, the Food And Drug Administration (FDA) verifies that these cosmetic products are compliant with the existing rules and regulations and standards of the FDA.

Beautéderm Corporation is steadfast in its commitment to its responsibility for placing its products in the market and that the corporation is closely monitoring its products in ensuring that all of its products are in strict compliance with the ASEAN Cosmetic Directive (ACD) and other rules and regulations set forth by FDA. In view thereof, the FDA officially lifts the warning against the purchase and use of the product Beautéderm Set, as previously mentioned in FDA Advisory no. 2020-799 and FDA Order No. 2020-524, which includes Beautéderm Papaine Soap, Beautéderm Day And Night Toner, Beautéderm Day Cream, Beautéderm Night Cream 1, Beautéderm Night Cream 2, and Beautéderm Night Cream 3.
