When was the last time you feel beautiful?

It took courage for me to say that "I am not okay" 6 mos. ago.... to ask for help and admit I needed support. It was not easy. So many questions and doubts within me. But thankfully, I prayed unceasingly. 🙏❤️

He led me to people who can give me wisdom and strength to see my worth and what can help me stand back again.

Thank God! I was led to the right person and was able to join the retreat to have clarity on what was going on with me and to live mindfully. It was the first step! And everything riffles according to what I have envisioned! ❤️

Now, looking back, I am so grateful that I saw LINAW PH on my feed, this was the "thing" that I believe God sent me to be able to heal. Besides having the desire to heal, Linaw PH helped me strengthen my intuition through art to make my intentions more effective.🎨

I love the episode I heard earlier while doing my early morning routine, it's all about minimalist habits!

I've been doing some of the stuff mentioned like decluttering, unsubscribing, using the phone as your productivity tool, and acquiring only some pair of clothing you mostly need... And it's been helpful! ❤️
