We only accept orders from sites in our list. Buyer should be responsible for the size, color of item ordered and should be aware of the inclusions if applicable. Chic Shopper is in no way responsible for orders that does not meet buyers expectations in sizes, color or inclusions of the item ordered.
2. At least 60% down payment is required before we can process the order online. An invoice will be sent to buyer which includes all details of item(s) ordered. Once paid, we assume buyer has checked the invoice to confirm order is correct and this makes the sale final.
3. Once we have processed your order online, we can no longer accommodate changes.
4. There is a possibility of item(s) going out of stock before we could process the order and sometimes even after we have processed it. In the event this happens, you can opt to order another item around the same price of item that went out of stock or just apply the excess downpayment to your final balance. We only allow refund in rare cases related to this.
5. 40% balance or whatever remaining balance + local shipping fee shall be settled when items arrive from the US. Strictly no shipping out of order with unsettled balances.
6. We will send a private message to notify buyers that items have arrived from the US. Buyers are given 2 weeks from date of notification to settle unpaid balance. Unpaid balance will incur a surcharge of 5% for every week of delay in settling the balance. Failure to settle in 30 days from date of notification shall give Chic the right to sell item to another buyer and forfeit down payment. Chic Couture is not liable for any mistake made by the international cargo company or by the local courier for the lost/damage of items when the package is in transit to the buyer. Buyer has an option to get insurance provided by courier/cargo company.
8. Strictly no returns or exchanges.
9. We are not liable for any factory defect or damage to the item incurred prior to item being shipped to Manila.
10. Estimated time of arrival of shipment from the Unites States to buyer is 8 weeks from our cutoff. This means it is possible to receive pre-ordered items LATER than 8 weeks. We have no control over delays in shipping or how long Customs inspection will take. Please take note of our pre-ordering time frame below. In no way are we able to expedite arrival of items from the US. PRE-ORDERING TIME FRAME:

From cut off date. Week 1 - 2
All pre-orders are processed, delivered and shipped out from U.S. to Manila. Week 3 -6
Items are in transit

Week 7 - 8
Arrival of items at cargo company, customs verification & shipment of items to buyers

LOCAL SHIPPING:

1. Shipping charges are shouldered by buyer. Option to have orders delivered to their specified address or pick up at provincial LBC branches. We can also arrange for international shipping.

2. Chic Couture shall not be held liable for delays in delivery of the courier.

3. Delivery cutoff is 12nn on business days. If Chic Couture receives payment confirmation within cutoff, Metro Manila delivery can be expected in 1-2 business days. Provincial delivery will take 2-3 business days.
