Know the difference, most perfumes sold in the market are alcohol based, and if someone comes to you selling perfumes and claims it is oil based but packed in spray bottles, better think twice. It's either you will end up staining your fine fabric with oil, messing up your skin wih excessive oil because of the wrong applicator or he doesn't know what he is talking about.
