Starting May 15, 2026, all reservations at The Spa Wellness will follow our updated reservation policy to ensure a smoother and more seamless wellness experience for every guest.

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

• Reservations may be made via call, SMS, Viber, WhatsApp, email through branch’s contact details.
• Reservation is secured through full payment via GCash, debit or credit card.
• Proof of payment will be sent and a reservation confirmation message will be received after payment verification.

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

• The reservation payment made shall be fully applied to the scheduled service. Any service changes will be adjusted accordingly and encouraged to communicate at least 24 to 48 hours prior to the reserved schedule. Additional charges must be settled before service completion, while any excess from downgrades shall be subject to the applicable refund policy.

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚, 𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗔𝗟, 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗢 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗪

• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours notice. A maximum of two (2) reschedules per reservation may be accommodated. Otherwise, the reservation payment shall be forfeited.
• Guests who arrive late will receive only the remaining service time, while the full-service fee shall still apply. Guests arriving beyond their scheduled time shall be considered a no-show, and the reservation payment shall be forfeited.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time, as well as no-shows, shall result in forfeiture of the reservation payment.

• Full payment for all group members is required to confirm the reservation. A designated point of contact must be identified and shall be responsible for all communications with The Spa Wellness.
