📢 ANNOUNCEMENT
HOA Election Update

To all Homeowners,

The scheduled HOA Election on Feb. 22, 2026 was not conducted due to the absence of filed candidacies for all declared positions.

To ensure continuity of services and ongoing projects of the Association, the current set of officers shall continue to perform their duties in a temporary hold-over capacity, in accordance with the guidelines of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and the Association’s By-Laws.

The Association will proceed with its regular compliance requirements, including the renewal of its registration/permit with DHSUD, to maintain good legal standing.

Further announcements will be made regarding the next schedule of election.

We thank everyone for their cooperation and continued support in serving our community.
