𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐆𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐒:

AMATEUR - bona fide Quezon residents
KIDS (14 years old and below) – bona fide Quezon residents

𝐀𝐔𝐃𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒:
- Interested participants for the Kids, Amateur, and Professional categories must submit an A CAPELLA video recording, along with a valid ID photo and contact number, via email at [email protected]. The submission deadline is June 5, 2026.
- Finalists: Qualified contestants will be notified via phone call on June 7, 2026.

The final competition will be held on June 12, 2026, 7 PM, at Freedom Park, Poblacion, Quezon, Bukidnon.

Join the 𝟲𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗪 𝗡𝗚 𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗭𝗢𝗡 𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗔𝗟 𝗛𝗬𝗠𝗡 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 and get the chance to showcase the beauty, culture, people, and progress of Quezon, Bukidnon through music and creative storytelling.

𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦:
• Open to all residents and non-residents, including schools, organizations, agencies, and independent groups.
• Participants may join individually or as a team/group.
• Only one (1) entry is allowed per participant or group.
• All entries must be original and should not have won in any previous contest.

𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗠𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗦:
• The music video must feature the official Municipal Hymn.
• Entries should highlight Quezon, Bukidnon's:
▸ Culture and traditions
▸ Tourist attractions
▸ History and heritage
▸ Natural resources
▸ Community life and development

• Videos must be submitted in MP4 format with a minimum resolution of 1080p (Full HD) and must be in landscape orientation.
• Videos must not contain any watermarks, logos, or branding overlays of any kind.
• The duration of the video must follow the full length of the Municipal Hymn.
• Entries may include live-action footage, drone shots, animation, and cinematic storytelling.
• The use of inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted materials without proper permission is strictly prohibited. Likewise, the use of AI-generated clips or AI-generated video content is not allowed.
• Participants are responsible for securing all necessary permissions for locations, talents, music, and other materials used in the production.

• Relevance to the Municipal Hymn and Theme – 25%
• Visual Quality and Cinematography – 20%
• Storytelling and Emotional Impact – 15%
• Overall Presentation – 10%

Entries must be submitted on or before June 15, 2026, to [email protected], together with the participant/group name, contact number, barangay/organization/school name, and a brief concept description.

Winners will be announced on June 18, 2026.

The organizers reserve the right to use all submitted entries for promotional and official purposes. Any violation of the contest rules may result in disqualification. The decision of the Board of Judges shall be final and irrevocable.
