Even ako I started losing weight and eat healthy because of hereditary diseases, takot ako magkasakit at magastusan ang family ko ng malaki dahil sa hospital bills also I want to live longer. Guess what? meron lang 30% chance na thru genes nakukuha ang sakit, kaya lang nila nasasabi yun is iisa ang kinakain niyo sa hapagkainan, its more on what you eat.

Di mo kailangan mag tanggal ng carbs sa diet mo kasi siya yung nagpapalakas satin "FUEL" or GO foods. You just have to eat right!
How I manage my weight kahit kumakain padin ng kanin? Yes tama, I still eat rice 3-4 cups pa nga a day, yet I still maintain my weight and my flat tummy.

This is the misconception, akala nila pag diet ka meaning mag no rice ka or konti lang kakainin mo yung tipong kahit gutom ka di ka kakain kasi diet ka nga. That's wrong, ang kailangan lang is kumain ka ng tama, ng masustansya at higit sa lahat malaman mo yung Calories na kaya iburn ng katawan mo within the day.
