In light of the recent incident involving a customer who was denied the purchase of medicine by one of our pharmacists during an emergency situation, despite presenting a valid online prescription, our company is taking full responsibility. We sincerely apologize for the negligence and distress this situation has caused to the customer.

The pharmacist involved, who questioned the authenticity of the online prescription and reportedly handled the situation unprofessionally, has been temporarily suspended while we conduct a comprehensive investigation. Please be assured that this incident will also be reported to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

𝐀𝐔𝐍𝐄𝐗𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄 is dedicated to providing services with professionalism. We are taking concrete actions to prevent the recurrence of this incident by strengthening our standard operating procedures (SOP) and reviewing our hiring process to ensure that all our pharmacy professionals are committed to delivering a golden standard of care.
