The Sangguniang Kabataan of Poblacion West successfully conducted the School Supplies Distribution 2026, benefiting 125 students from high school to college in our barangay.

This initiative was organized to provide essential school supplies and support the educational needs of our youth as they prepare for the upcoming academic year.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Poblacion West successfully conducted its 3rd Libreng Gupit: Handog ng SK Officials para sa mga Kabataan ng Poblacion West, an annual initiative aimed at helping the youth and residents prepare for the upcoming school year through free haircut services.

A total of 70 beneficiaries were served during this year’s activity.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬 for generously sharing their time, talent, and dedication to make this project possible. Your commitment to community service greatly contributed to the success of this initiative.

We also thank our SK officials, and everyone who participated and helped in any way. Your continued support inspires us to create more meaningful programs for our community.

𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐤 𝐞𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩. Kindly take a photo as proof of participation and either send it to the SK Poblacion West Page or present it during the distribution of school supplies.

This initiative aims to instill the values of volunteerism, discipline, and community service while preparing our students for the upcoming school year.

As part of our commitment to education and youth development, we will be distributing school supplies to the first 20 students who register. This program is for (15-30 years old) High School only, so spread the word and bring your friends along!

A blessed and meaningful Thanksgiving Mass of Barangay Poblacion West, Rosario, La Union was held today at Purok 1 Covered Court. 🙏

This Holy Mass was offered in gratitude for the countless blessings our barangay has received and as part of the celebration of our fiesta.
