Matapos ang mahabang legal process, napatunayang GUILTY ang taong responsable sa kalupitang ginawa kay Axle at inutusan ng korte na magbayad ng ₱100,000 na multa.

Hindi man nito mababawi ang pinagdaanan ni Axle, malinaw ang mensahe ng desisyong ito: ang animal cruelty ay may kaparusahan, at may hustisyang makakamit para sa mga hayop na walang boses.
