QUALIFICATIONS
- 18 years old and above
- At least HS graduate or College level
- Computer literate
- Typing skills (min 40 words/minute)
- Sales experience is an advantage
- Good attitude and work ethics
- Willing to undergo training
- Can start work immediately

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer customers' inquiries through Facebook chat
- Sell and upsell the correct products to customers according to their needs
- Process orders, forms, and payments through correct delivery channels
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
- Document all information according to standard operating procedures
- Identify, manage, and resolve all customer complaints
- Apply sales techniques and utilize technological resources available in sales - management
- Execute related administrative tasks

💪 Process and track orders of customers
💪 Handle customer inquiries and complaints
