We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our clinic team and help provide a smooth and positive experience for our patients.

Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist patients in the clinic
-Manage appointments, inquiries, and patient flow
-Handle calls, messages, and scheduling
-Assist with basic administrative and clinic tasks
-Maintain organization of records and work area
-Oversee delivery of products to patients

Qualifications:
-Must be a Senior High School graduate. A bachelor’s degree or completion of a vocational course is an advantage
-Experience in a clinic or customer service role is an advantage
-Must be a resident of San Fernando City, La Union or nearby
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
-Pleasant personality and patient-focused
-Trustworthy, punctual, and professional
-Willing to learn and be trained
-Basic knowledge of computers and social media is a plus
