Mabuhay! I am Diwata, celebrated for my bravery and beauty. I fought for my people, even while carrying life within me, and though I met a tragic fate in battle, my spirit lives on. The mountain where I fell, Mt. Magdiwata, bears my likeness, honoring my legacy.

I celebrate the strength, beauty, and courage of women, embodied in the spirit of Bae Naliyagan, the "chosen one." The Green Basket silhouette, inspired by the pitcher plant abundant on Mt. Magdiwata, symbolizes life and resilience. This mountain is not just a scenic destination but a vital sanctuary for wildlife, integral to San Francisco’s culture and community.
