Also called "collagen induction therapy," it's a minimally invasive treatment safe for most skin types, often done with numbing cream, and can address issues like acne scars, fine lines, and stretch marks.

How it works
Controlled injury:
A handheld device with tiny needles makes microscopic punctures in the skin.

Collagen stimulation:
These micro-injuries prompt the skin to produce new collagen and elastin, essential for skin's structure, as part of its repair response.

Skin remodeling:
Over time, this process thickens the epidermis and improves skin's texture and tightness, reducing imperfections.

Hydrate: Drink plenty of water to support skin barrier repair.

Protect: Apply mineral sunscreen daily and avoid sun exposure to prevent irritation.

Cleanse Gently: Use a mild, pH-balanced cleanser.
What to avoid (for 2-7 days, or as advised by your provider):

Harsh Products: No retinoids, Vitamin C, AHAs, BHAs, or scented products.

Exfoliation: No scrubs or harsh exfoliants.

Makeup: (For face procedure) Avoid makeup for the first 24-48 hours.
Intense Heat/Sweat: Avoid saunas, steam rooms, and strenuous exercise initially.
