It was at first a home based salon located at the Monserrat's residence in Emillio Jacinto st. Jeanne's career as a hairstylist started when she has decided to attend a weekend seminar on hair cutting held in a primary school. With her interest and enthusiasm, she continued learning by attending some teachings from a salon owner and hairdresser at Jessie's salon also in Nagcarlan. Her husband who
at that time was working in Manila accompanied her in attending seminars on hair styling and skin care in different places mostly in Manila. Jeanne graduated at Ricky Reyes beauty school with award at hair cutting competition. Year 1993, Jeanne salon moved to a much commercial place at Rizal ave. Her clients becomes more and more. A lot of trials came but Jeanne never give up. Salon is her passion. So year 1996, Jeanne and her family moved to San Pablo City Laguna. They continued the business. Being new in a new place, Jeanne's salon started again from scratch, a home based salon. It was a small apartment located at Balverde st. God is always good! after 1 year of trying to make the business stand up again, God uses one person for Jeanne's salon to have a good location. Jeanne was offered a partnership. A pastor from Calamba funded a salon and a barber shop where Jeanne and her husband in charged. That salon was situated at M. San Pablo City. The salon has been so successful and Jeanne's name started to boom. Year 1998, Jeanne's salon joined a new business partnership. They set up a salon at the second floor of San Pablo Shopping mall in front of Greenwhich pizza (Now closed). The salon was named **HAIRWORLD**. God's blesssings continued to poured out and more and more customers everyday. Jeanne's Salon has 6 employees at that time. After that partnership, Year 2000 Jeanne's Salon has decided to stand by it's own. They opened a big salon, **HAIRWORLD** which was also located at the second floor of San Pablo City Laguna. Everyday, the salon was filled with people. Customers needed to get a number. Jeanne's salon has 14 employees that time. More and more people get to know Jeanne and appreciated her talent. She has a magic hands, the clients often say. After 5 years, the place where the salon was located was sold. That was another trial for Jeanne's Salon. The salon was forced to moved out near at the back side of the mall. Jeanne's salon clients was so lost and more than 70% didn't find the new location. The salon transfered 2 times in the same level of the mall but inspite of that, it became so hard. Signs that been posted to lead where the new salon was, was always removed. The salon wandered from places to places. Near Goldilocks at M. Paulino St. beside Headliners salon and then transfered to A. flores st beside Western Union and then transfered again at M.Basa st. beside Gem's bakeshop and now located again at A. Flores st. San Pablo City Laguna, 2nd floor of Pazalonia Pawnshop. Jeanne's Salon has experienced a lot of ups and down but still moving forward to success.
