𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬,

We would like to sincerely 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮 for your continued trust and support of Banahaw Heals Spa – Pacita Branch.

To continue providing you with quality service and a comfortable experience, 𝐰𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐚 𝐬𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐚𝐝𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬. This adjustment is necessary due to the continued increase in the cost of commodities and operating expenses, including the rise in fuel prices, supplies, utilities, and personnel salaries. As a small business, these changes have a direct impact on our daily operations. We have carefully considered this decision and have made every effort to keep the adjustment reasonable and as minimal as possible, while ensuring that we can continue to fairly compensate our dedicated therapists and staff and maintain the quality of service you deserve.
