pinagtatawanan yun circuit workout ko..di nya alam yun ang workout ng mga world champion at Olympic medalist.yan rin ang workout na ginagamit nila hidilyn diaz at EJ obiena..sabi nya dati daw sya gym instructor sa bakal gym daw.yun pala di pala updated sa klase ng workout like HIIT,CROSSFIT, CALISTHENICS.Tameme naman sya nang tanungin ko sya sa workout na yan.wala naman sya maisagot kung anu workout na pwede sa trackster..ang galing mangjudge pero sariling dungis may kasablayan din pala at di nya mapuna..

im working as merchandiser sa mga supermarket minsan nagkakaron ka rin conflict sa oras mo to do gym workout.minsan may panahon na kinakapos ka sa budget to pay monthly gym membership..yun goal mo na makapag aral ka ng fitness instructor course nauudlot dahil sa poor salary system..yun ineexpect na ganun ang sasahurin bigla ka na lang manghina.minsan yun dapat na bayarin mo maantala sa pagbayad...
as merchandiser kung ililipat ka ng ibang store panibagong gastos sa requirements.kapag nagprocess ka ng NBI clearance kadalasan lagi pa ako HIT it means may kapangalan at kaapilido pa ako.14 days of process.di mo naman pwedeng pakiusapan ang supermarket na to be follow yun ibang requirements.mapagalitan ka pa ng HR.kelangan kapag magintro ka sa ibang supermarket 100%complete..

sana makabalik na ako sa fitness journey ko.may awa ang diyos..maayos din ang lahat.life is unfair..life is like a weather..malalagpasan ko rin ito
