Transparent Soap Trial done by our Freelance/Consultant Chemist using our Clartur Coco M&P Transparent Soap Base. Clartur Coco Base is cheaper only @ 145-150/kilo compared from the Clear M&P Base. It is practical to use if your finish soap product is colored since our Clartur Coco Base is light yellow to light amber in color.

Formula: (Red Virginity Heart Soap & Rectagular Red)
1. Clartur Coco = 92.30%
2. Acnibio MXR Preservative = 0.10%
3. Salicylic Acid = 0.30%
4. Lactomoist (sodium lactate+lactic acid+sodium pca) = 0.50%
5. FD&C Red = q.s.
6. Papaya Extract (WS)* = 1%
7. Cucumber Extract (WS)* = 0.50%
8. Carrot Extract (WS)* = 0.50%
9. Guava Leaf Extract (WS)* = 0.50%
10. Niacinamide = 2%
11. RejuAge Collagen Powder = 0.20%
12. Alpha Arbutin Powder = 0.10%
13. Azeglyjic Optima = 0.50%
14. Water = 1%
15. Sweet Berries Scent = 0.50%

Percent Natural (excluding water) = 96.26%
Percent Synthetic = 3.74%
*WS = water soluble extract through distillation process (Not Puree)
q.s. = means "quantity supplied" or in layman's term "tantya tantya"

The water used was to dissolve Niacinamide, Alpha Arbutin and Collagen powders...then added the water based extracts which are all added to the Clartur Coco Soap Base.

The number indicates also the order of addition. Temp. must be maintained at 55-60 Deg Celsius (Not boiling)

Rectangular Orange Soap is orange peeling soap using different formulation and incorporating Kojic Soap scrap cut into small pieces.

The reason we try to limit the number of product to be discussed is the reason that the difficult products needs more time to make and the intrinsic complexity of how the products are to be made.

We can only accommodate MAXIMUM 20 participants in order for our RESOURCE PERSON(S) (CHEMIST/INDUSTRY EXPERT) to focus, monitor and train the participants efficiently. Participants will be divided into groups (5-7 per group). Expect an intensive hands-on making. Do not expect the Resource Person to make the products and just watch. BAMBOO WOOD CHARCOAL ....now available

Some Info about Bamboo Wood Charcoal. It is used in food industry such as in water purification system to adsorb impurities or undesirable particles and in sugar cane to adsorb impurities thus clarifying the sugar cane prior processing into sugar. Because of its absorptive properties, it was applied into cosmetics to adsorb impurities and toxins from the skin.

Please take note that it is not water soluble. It is disperse into oil especially in making soap. The degree of grayness or blackness of the finish product depends on how much of the Bamboo Wood Charcoal that you have added. Ideally, based on my personal laboratory trial in cold process soaps...in order to obtain a black soap...a 0.7 to 0.9% dosage is used.
