TABUK CITY, Kalinga — Governor James S. Edduba welcomed the Kalinga graduates of the Philippine Military Academy “Talang Dangal” Class of 2026 during a courtesy call held today at the provincial capitol.

The newly commissioned officers visited the governor following their graduation from the country’s premier military academy. During the meeting, Governor Edduba congratulated them for their achievement.

He also shared his insights on leadership, discipline, and integrity, reminding the graduates to remain grounded and not go astray as they begin their respective careers in the armed forces. The governor emphasized the importance of serving the people with honor, dedication, and accountability, noting that the province takes pride in the achievements of its young leaders.

The Kalinga graduates of the PMA “Talang Dangal” Class of 2026 are 2LT Braille Van Lobhoy PA, ENS Byron B. Banog PN, 2LT Cydan Zack M. Romero PA, 2LT Lorainne D. Addamo PA, ENS Gibea A. Puday PN, 2LT Nika O. Daluping PAF, 2LT Christian B. Ayabo PA, 2LT Emmanuel John M. Sorita PA, and 2LT Nerissa Daluyen PA.

In a collective message, the graduates expressed pride and gratitude for reaching a significant milestone in their lives.

“As new graduates of PMA, we feel happy and proud of our achievements. We are trained to be military professionals. This journey was not easy, but as Ykalingas, we are born to be warriors,” the cadets said.

The courtesy call highlighted the province’s continued support for Kalinga youth who pursue careers in public service and national defense.
