* Strong communication and persuasion skills (chat, call, and in-person)
* Knowledge in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Canva, basic analytics)
* Skilled in creating promos, packages, and marketing campaigns
* Ability to upsell and cross-sell treatments/products
* Organized in managing leads (CRM, spreadsheets, or booking systems)
* Willing to work with targets, quotas, and commission-based incentives
* Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
* Experience in aesthetic clinics or skincare brands is a big advantage
