It was in April 2019 when Splash Corporation signed a share purchase agreement with Wipro Consumer Care.

Wipro Consumer Care forms part of the Wipro Group of Companies, a US$8.4 Billion company based in India, and is a leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company. It also has worldwide operations in consumer care, lighting, infrastructure engineering and medical systems.

This acquisition was an exciting milestone, giving Splash Corporation immediate access to resources that helped fuel faster business growth and aggressive international expansion.
