Every barber knows how to do this haircut. Maybe even better.. or a lot better. The question is, how did you handle and connect with your client? How did you make them feel? Did they feel welcomed, respected, listened to, and cared for? How was their experience while you give them this simple haircut? Does it matter? Yes. It matters. A lot.

Imagine going to a restaurant. Food was great, but the customer service was terrible. Chances are, you won't remember just the meal.. you'll also remember how the place made you feel. Di ba?

One of the haircuts that I love and miss doing, the Scumbag Boogie.. a vintage-inspired men’s haircut popularized by the renowned Dutch barbershop Schorem (creators of Reuzel pomade). It is a classic 1940s and 1950s-style look that combines a very tight fade on the sides with a high, distinctively angled "hard part" and a slicked-back top. If you will notice, Scumbag Boogie is severely faded high up to the recession area (hairline). No lineups or edge up needed.
