Our time schedule has domino effect. Whenever the first client comes in late, it would affect the next scheduled time and it would be a hassle for every client.

We really appreciate you for choosing us, as your nail bestyy. But we wish you to cooperate with us, because we wanted to make you nails as pretty as you are and we dont wanna mess it up by rushing the process.

Also, please understand why we get upset whenever there are cancellations. Some clients asked for the time you got, we've given it to you since you agreed to secure the slot by sending your DPs, but imagine when you cancel your schedule, we could've given it to someone who can actually come (sayang yung kikita in if ever 😩)

To avoid these hassle between both parties, LATE AND CANCELLATION FEEs will be effective TODAY November 15, 2024.
