Here's 6 reasons we love Himalayan salt soap for the skin:
1. Helps to maintain proper fluid/oil balance and prevent dehydration.
Himalayan salt helps to draw out dirt, bacteria, and pollution from deep within the pores. This enables skin to remain clean and pure, which prevents breakouts!
2. Softens skin deeply.
The 80-something natural-occurring minerals and elements in this pink salt pe*****te your skin on a cellular level, leaving your body rejuvenated, nourished and oh, so soft.
3. Fights acne and aids in healing scars.
Himalayan pink salt is a natural antiseptic/disinfectant. Itโs good for disinfecting acne-prone skin and will kill off acne causing bacteria, which then helps to reduce breakouts, especially those dreaded blackheads.
4. Exfoliates and removes dead skin cells.
Exfoliation is the antidote to dull skin, removing dead skin cells and leaving skin smoother, brighter, and more vibrant. The larger crystals found in Himalayan salt remove dead skin cells more aggressively than a sugar scrub. Need tips? Be sure to check out our blog on exfoliating + moisturizing.
5. Remineralizes and detoxifies the body, balancing its PH levels.
This salt is renowned for its detoxifying qualities which largely contribute to drawing out heavy metals and toxins from the body. Bathing with Himalayan Salt has the added benefit of absorbing minerals important to the healthy functioning of the body and restoring the depleted mineral content.
6. Reduces and masks odor.
Known for its antibacterial properties, Himalayan salt will help to inhibit the growth of odor-causing bacteria by absorbing sweat and other toxins -- making it an ideal ingredient in natural deodorants.

Common about Honey.
Myths about honey is the main cause of adulteration practice. Because of these myths, the synthetic honey supplier is flourishing, and genuine honey suppliers are struggling to sell. These 6 common myths about natural honey in India are wide and difficult to burst.
The next time someone shares these incorrect info with you,
please help educate them๐๐ป๐๐ป.

๐According to "Journal of Insect Science (Vol 14. Issue 1. 2014), a scientific experiment conducted by University of California, Riverside, found that ants are equally attracted to sweet-type of Pure Honey as much as they are attracted to table sugar.
๐Ants easily catch the scents of honey when the moisture level is high (humid weather), thus attracting them to feast on Honey as food. It is the preferred choice of food due to its sticky, sweet flavour (easily "rolled" home).
Sometimes, change of weather, moisture level, soil condition, renovation (even your neighboursโ), new piping, plumbing etc may attract/ breed new ant colonies. During certain season, you may see that there are more/ less ants/ insects. Ants are naturally attracted to anything sweet especially those in liquid format eg: (juice) fruits, etc.
: ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐/TOXIC
โ False โ
This is a rather far-fetched myth because raw honey produced properly doesnโt contain any poisons or toxins. Although it doesnโt grow toxic or lose its nutritional value after some time spent in the oven, heat only makes it lose its antibacterial properties and can degrade all the antioxidants and nutrients in the honey. So if youโre looking to take advantage of the positive health benefits of raw honey, make sure it doesnโt get too hot, whether that is through cooking, adding to boiling water or leaving it in direct sunlight.

While it may seem quite unusual at first, the crystallisation that occurs in jars of honey over time doesnโt mean that itโs spoiled in any way, shape, or form. This reaction simply occurs because raw honey has relatively high levels of glucose, which has a habit of turning into sugar crystals easier than fructose.
Considering raw honey has tiny bits of pollen and propolis (which are responsible for most of raw honeyโs nutritional value) glucose loves to latch onto these particles, making raw honey naturally crystallize faster than more processed, high-fructose honeys.
If you want to make your honey runny again after it has crystallised, you can always stir it with a spoon to break up the crystals, or lightly heat your honey by leaving the container in a warm water bath.

Many people donโt know that there are many different species of bees. As well, they consider that all the bees can produce honey for consumption but they couldnโt be more wrong. While all bees are able to make honey, itโs the quality they are able to produce that matters.

To a very large extent, the color of honey is dependent on the flower the bees suck the nectar from, the taste and scent also depends on the flower. Soil, climate, and region also go a long way in determining the color and scent of honey. Warmer temperatures, the type of storage method and age will also play a role in darkening the color of honey. The foamy substance that appears to float at the top of honey Is just air, tiny air bubbles escape to the top of the honey to coat its surface, so if you see a foamy substance floating atop your honey, do not be afraid for it is just escaped air.

Honey comes in different varieties due largely to the region the bees are located, the type of flowers pollinated etc. common honey flavours include; buckwheat, clover honey, and even eucalyptus honey that has a slight menthol flavor. A beautiful thing about honey is; they donโt just gather nectar from just one type of flower, they move from flower to flower pollinating as they go.

Despite the common myths that surround it, thereโs no denying that raw, PURE honey is full of antioxidants, nutrients, vitamins, not to mention itโs antibacterial properties.
