Pertusis

Ang tawag po dito ay subconjunctival hemorrhage. Isa po ito sa komplikasyon ng sakit na Pertusis (dahil po sa matinding pag-ubo).

Pertusis is a type of cough that is cause by Bordetella pertusis. This is highly contagious, and transmitted via air droplets ( cough and sneezing).

In bigger children, complications are broken ribs, hernias and subconjunctival hemorrhage due to severe coughing. In infants, complications are pneumonia, seizure and death.

What I hate about pertusis is: ang tagal tagal gumaling ng pasyente, pwedeng umabot ng 2-3 weeks ang ubo.

This can be prevented by vaccinations and face mask. Please ask your nearest brgy health center or your friendly pediatrician.

after a month nigawas na ang result sa ct scan and biopsy sa ako cousin na negative man sa cancer and nahibong ang doctor na ngano daw na hiyos ang hubag na wala paman ka inom ug tambal? So ne request napod silag another ct scan and biopsy kay 1 month na ang patient

My INTRA Story:
It was in my 50th that i exprerienced bleeding. I thought it was part of my menupausal period. Until such time that due to heavy blood i was confined at Camiguin General Hospital only to find put that my hemoglobin went to 6.20 so i undergone blood transfusion. I thought everthing went well. But after i was discharged, the bleeding still continue. So i decided to see an O.B . So to cut the story short, it was find out through trans V ultra sound that i have a tumor in my uteros. My O.B doc Edna Palabrica told me not to delay. It was January 31, 2019 that i undergone my TAHBSO operation in Medical Center , Cagayan de Oro City.. The result of the biopsy was cancer stage 3A. My O.B advised me to have a chemo for me to be totally healed. But i refused it. My inner me told "no" and also my husband and family also don't want it. Besides, we were financially drained na... But still, i went to an oncologist for chemo ( the one who assisted in my operation). There, she explained how much it cost and the foods to avoid such as meat, chicken processed foods etc.. I told the onco "ako sa hunahunaon doc" But wa jud ko nag pa chemo. I followed her, changed my diet- turned healthy living.

After my 3 months leave, i went back to Bohol t to report to work. Here in Bohol that i met INTRA JUICE.
