This manual does not violate any rules or regulations of the Department of Health. Instead, when scrupulously followed, puts the laboratory on guard at all times. It is not with our conscience to tolerate any form of malpractice, negligence or simple carelessness. We will not allow the integrity of our laboratory to be compromised by the imprudence of any member of our laboratory personnel. Should a time come that our reports is questioned or challenged, we will be confident because we are cautious, prudent and precise in our procedures.
