Pero hindi ibig sabihin na failed yung una. Unpredictable lang talaga ang healing ng ilong dahil sa scar tissue.

❎Pero wag kopya lahat baka hindi bumagay sa muka mo,
magmumukang peke ang ilong mo 🤭👃🤡
✅Pwede lang taasan pero Filipino nose pa rin🥰
👃Thick Skin VS. Thin Skin👃
👨⚕️Mostly sa context ng Rhinoplasty pero applicable din sa healing & appearance ng skin.
Thick Skin:
-mabigat at hindi masyadong gumagalaw
-malaki ang pores at hindi kita yung ilalim
-usual sa mga oily skin
-mas mabagal ang paggaling at mas matagal ang maga lalo na ang tip
-hindi crisp ang definition kung hindi tatanggalin ang ilang tissue tip at lalagyan ng matibay na cartilage graft.
Thin Skin:
-mas madaling makuha yung defined "sculpted look" pero walang room for error--konting bump kita agad.
-kita yung outline ng cartilage at buto sa ilalim
-maliit ang pores, hindi pwedeng sobrang taas o angat dahil pwedeng lumitaw ang implant.
-pwede ang "barbie nose" pero dapat proportional sa mukha mo. Kung hindi, mukang peke🤭🤡
👨⚕️Walang mas maganda sa dalawa. Nagbabago lang ang plano ng surgeon.
Thick Skin = mas maraming sculpting pero mas naitatago ang flaws.
Thin Skin = mas delikadong magkamali pero mas madaling magmukang refined
