In mid-2021, over a year into the pandemic, I opened up about my mental health journey. It was helpful and beneficial to me in so many ways—especially psychologically. I started experimenting with various blends. I created some that I came to love, and gave out samples to a select few. Those samples earned rave reviews. Eventually, I decided to turn my passion project it into a full-on
