GUARANTEES AND POLICIES OF MCH.

1. SATISFACTION. We ensure that every customer is satisfied with our products and to provide them HQ costumes. If there will be any problems with the costume feel free to contact us personally and not to post on other sites / pages.

2. TYPE. To be able to meet your expectation, We will provide as much as many raw samples of the material to be used as we meet up. However we will have a official document in which you will sign that you choose that certain TYPE and that being said, we are no longer liable.

3. ALTERATIONS. We only do minor alterations however if its a big mistake on our end, we will change it for you. BUT if you are complaining with the TYPE of cloth used and we have an official agreement in which you accepted then we are not liable for it.

4. EXPECTATION . We solely recommend you to have a discussion with Michael Manalaysay.

5. NO REFUND.

6. MISSED EVENT ; If in case that you missed an event or occasion or party , because we did not deliver on that exact date. Then we will refund as much as 50% and still give you your costume in addition to that we will also give you a 50% discount on your next purchase. We recommend you to purchase way ahead before the event.

7. EXPEDITE / RUSH ; Costumes are made within 1 - 2 weeks not including the delivery. If you need it within 2 - 3 days you will have to add additional fees 200 up to 500 pesos,

8. HATE LATE? well this is for you !

In every 1 day missed is equivalent to 50 - 100 pesos rebate.

1500 Costumes below = 50 rebate
1501 - 2000 = 70 rebate
2001 - 2500 = 90 rebate
2501 - 3000 = 100 rebate

9. UPDATE, We will update you through sms / messenger / facebook every now and then.

take note that we will update after 2 days upon receiving the order.
