TOLEDO CITY JAIL-FEMALE DORMITORY DRUG TESTING ACTIVITY

The City Anti-Drugs Abuse Council spearheaded by our very own Hon. Mayor Marjorie P. Perales and CADAC Focal person Mr. Lars Kirby F. Beck together with his personnel conducted a drug testing to all nineteen (19) personnel and thirty-four(34) female PDL of Toledo City Jail-Female Dormitory. This is to make sure that both personnel and PDL are not involved in illegal drug issues.

REVISIT OF THE REMAINING DRUG-AFFECTED BARANGAYS IN TOLEDO CITY, CEBU

The Chairperson of the City Anti-Drug Abuse Council, Honorable Mayor Marjorie P. Perales, and her Focal Person, Mr. Lars Kirby F. Beck attended the meeting conducted by the representatives from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Cebu Provincial Office (PDEA Cebu PO), Department of the Interior and Local Government Cebu (DILG Cebu), Cebu Police Provincial Office (CPPO), and Cebu Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Division (CPADAD). CLGOO Abraham Rey Donaldo , DILG TOLEDO was also there together with Police Lieutenant Jerson Umbay Lebumfacil, PSSg Enrique Juarez, PSSg Cathy Abella Villasan and PSSg Apple Tañeca Lubiano from PNP TOLEDO inbehalf of PLTCOL Manolo F Salvatierra.

The meeting refers to the continued implementation of the Barangay Drug Clearing Program (BDCP) in our communities, pursuant to DDB Regulation No. 4,series of 2021 and to identify the issues and concerns affecting the programs implementation and strategies on how we can better implement it, including identifying the LGU's best practices.

✅ PSA birth certificate with official receipt (male and female)

✅ Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) male and female

✅ Brgy. Certificate/Residency male and female

✅ Cedula male and female

✅ Voter’s ID/Certificate male and female

2. Alang sa nag-edad og 24 anyos paubos:

✅ Marriage License gikan sa Civil Registrar Office

✅ Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) male and female

✅ Cedula male and female

✅ PSA birth certificate with official receipt (male and female)

✅ Voter’s ID/Certificate male and female

✅ Barangay Certificate/Residency (male and female)

✅ Valid ID (male and female)

✅ Cedula male and female

Note:

1. Kinahanglan nga lumad taga-Toledo ang kaslon, pwede ang babae o ang lalaki o sila’ng duha.

2. Gi-awhag usab ang tanan nga magdala sa original nga mga dokumento og 3 ka photocopies sa dihang i-submit na ang mga nahisgutang requirements.

3. Alang sa mo-file og Marriage License, mamahimo kamo’ng mobisita sa City Civil Registrar Office, 2nd floor sa Toledo Sports Center. Abli ang ilang filing kada Lunes ug Martes, 8 am – 5pm, gawas sa holidays.

The Chairperson of the City Anti-Drug Abuse Council, Honorable Mayor Marjorie P. Perales, and her Focal Person, Mr. Lars Kirby F. Beck attended the deliberation for barangay drug clearing via zoom together with Ms. Ginafe Canlobo from the DILG office, PEMS Dante P Hilo and Pssg Cathy Villasan in behalf of PLT COL Manolo F Salvatierra from the PNP and the rest of the barangay captains and their BADAC Focal person candidate for drug cleared barangay.
The Chairman of the Regional Oversight Committee on Barangay Drug Clearing, Dr. III Emerson L. Margate announce the six barangays as drug cleared barangay namely Barangay Bulongan, Barangay Bunga, Barangay Carmen, Barangay Dumlog, Barangay Tubod, and Barangay Sto. Niño.
The barangay captains were very thankful to the Local Government Unit of Toledo especially to our beloved Joyful City Mayor Marjorie P. Perales for giving her full support in the Community Base Drug Rehabilitation Program.

The Chairperson of the City Anti-Drug Abuse Council Honorable Mayor Marjorie P. Perales , and her Focal Person Mr Lars Kirby F Beck, went to various barangays to conduct sessions, sports activity and drug test screening for person's who used drugs (PWUDS) who participated in the Community Based Drug Rehabilitation Program (CBDRP) or the Rehab program. They went to Barangay Carmen, Barangay Bulongan, Barangay Sto. Niño and lastly Barangay Tubod. PNP personnel headed by PLT COL Manolo F Salvatierra was also there in the presence of PCMS Dante P Hilo and his team to assist the CADAC facilitators.
