✅ Mga kinakailangang kondisyon

Ang plano ay dapat aktibo at walang lapsed na installment.

Hindi ito ma-transfer kung pasok pa sa loob ng 30 araw mula sa effectivity date o mula sa reinstatement date.

Kapag na-transfer na, ang insurance benefit ng original planholder (transferor) ay matatapos.

📝 Mga dokumento at proseso

Depende kung paano in-avail ang plano (sa pamamagitan ng sales agent o online via eStore).

A. Kung binili sa pamamagitan ng Sales Agent
Pumunta sa branch ng St. Peter.
Dalhin ang sumusunod:

“Transfer of Right Form” na isusupply ng branch.

Original Certificate of Full Payment (kung may ganoon).
Original Life Plan Application (LPA) at Planholder Identification Card (PHIC) kung mayroon.
Photocopy ng dalawang (2) valid IDs ng transferor at transferee.

B. Kung binili via St. Peter eStore

Transferee (iyong tatanggap ng plano) ay kinakailangang mag-sign up sa kanilang online store kung hindi pa nakaregister.

Log in sa eStore portal, piliin Manage My Plan → Transfer My Plan, at ilagay ang details ng transferee (first name, middle name, last name, email, contact no).

Ikumpirma ang Terms of Life Plan Contract, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy bago mag-OTP (one-time password) sa phone ng user.

May transfer fee na ₱500 (ito ang nakalista sa praktikal na paglalahad).

Transfer effectivity ay magsisimula pagkatapos mabayaran ang transfer fee.

Kapag na-transfer, hindi maaaring gamitin ang plano para sa memorial services sa loob ng 30 araw pagkatapos ng transfer.

📌 Mga bagay na dapat mong malaman

Kahit na ma-transfer ang plano, bago ito tanggapin bilang bagong planholder (transferee), kailangang i-qualify ang transferee bilang bagong planholder ayon sa insurability requirements.

Ang transfer ay epektibo lamang kapag inaprubahan ng St. Peter at may bagong kontrata para sa transferee.

Siguraduhin na walang delinquencies ang plano; kung lapsed ng higit sa 2 taon ay awtomatikong cancelled at hindi na pwedeng i-transfer.

Recommended na tumawag ka sa kanilang customer service o pumunta sa branch para ma-verify ang iyong particular na plano at kung may iba pang requirements base sa kaso mo. Contact info: telepono at email nakalista sa website.
