At the University of Davis - successfully identified a new substance in Herb-All Organic which contains very impressive antioxidant properties. This substance is called 2'-O-Glycosylisovitexin. They have been able to demonstrate that it is more effective as an antioxidant than beta carotene or vitamin E.

UC Davis - successfully identified several of the characteristics of 2'-0-Glycosylisovitexin. They have now confirmed that it is water soluble substance, it is stable, both in high temperatures and within a wide range of pH.
