👉General Guidelines:

✍️ The blogging competition is open to all content creators and travel writers within Region 02.

✍️ The participants should send their entries via the Google form link. The attached files should be:

Word file – containing the writeups and the photo location;

Photos in a Zip File – Proper file name for website uploading.

✍️ Only 10 Entries will qualify for the competition following the screening process made by the Marketing and Promotions Division.

✍️ The blog entries will be uploaded to our official website, www.visitcagayan.ph.

✍️ While bloggers retain the intellectual rights of submitted content, organizers will be given the following rights:

✔️Reproduce, distribute, display, and/or exhibit a blogger's content without further compensation or notification to the participant;

✔️Reproduce, distribute, display, and/or exhibit a blogger's content for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes on any platform.

✍️ The blogger is responsible for securing permission from person/s and other entities that are included in the content.

✍️ Cagayan Tourism is free of legal responsibility if a person or entity takes legal action against the content creator.

👉 Content Qualifications

✍️ A submitted entry must be an original work.
✍️ The blog must be in English.
✍️ The blog may tell stories or express opinion.
✍️ The blog must feature any travel experience from all the tourism products of Cagayan.

Featuring more than one tourism product is an advantage.

✍️ The blog must not exceed 1,000 words.

✍️ The content's language must be appropriate for readers of all ages; and using foul or offensive speech is a basis for disqualification.

✍️ Endorsements and advertisements of products are not allowed.

The blog will be judged on the basis of their impact to the readers.

👉 Criteria for Judging

Winners will be chosen by the Judges based on the criteria stated below. In case of a tie, the winners will divide the cash prize.

✍️ 40% - Relevance to the Theme (Endless Fun, Cagayan)
✍️ 15% - Originality (Original Concept/Work)
✍️ 15% - Creativity and Style (Story ex*****on)
✍️ 15% - Coherence of Form and Structure
✍️ 15% - Audience Impact (Web Views/visit, Likes and Share)

📽 The vlogging competition will be open to all content creators around Region 02.
📽 The participants should send their entries via the google form link.
📽 Only 10 Entries will qualify for the competition following the screening process made by the Marketing and Promotions Division.
The entries of the finalist will be uploaded to the official Facebook and YouTube Channel of the Office.
📽 While vloggers retain the intellectual rights of submitted content, organizers will be given the following rights:
📽 Reproduce, distribute, display, and/or exhibit a vlogger's video entry without further compensation or notification to the participant.
📽 Reproduce, distribute, display, and/or exhibit a vlogger's video for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes on any platform.
📽 The vlogger is responsible for securing permission from the person/s and other entities that are in the video.
📽 Cagayan Tourism is free from legal accountability if a person or entity takes legal action against the content creator.
📽 Cagayan Tourism shall not be liable for any untoward incident that may occur during the filming of the vlogs.
🎞 Technical Requirements
📽 A submitted video must be original work with a running time of 3 to 5 minutes, including intro and outro.
📽 The video should include the following artistic mandatories:
📽 Must focus on the theme "Endless FUN, Caga-YUMM!"
📽 The video must feature the Food Industry and Food Cuisines and Delicacies of the Province of Cagayan. Featuring more than one food is an advantage.
📽 Language formality must be observed for an audience of all ages.
📽 The use of foul or offensive speech is a basis for disqualification.
📽 Content must also respect the region's different religions, cultures, and heritage
📽 All entries must be original work Images a sound either be the vlogger's own or must be royalty-free.

PASKONG CAGAYANO SA KAPITOLYO HANDOG NG PAMAHALAANG PANLALAWIGAN NG CAGAYAN, MAGSISIMULA SA UNANG ARAW NG DISYEMBRE!

Magniningning ang buong Kapitolyo sa pagbubukas ng "Paskong Cagayano" sa unang araw ng Disyembre!

Puno ng kulay, musika, at kasiyahan ang araw na ito na magsisimula sa ganap na 5:00 ng hapon. Matutunghayan ang musikang handog ng Philippine Army marching band bago pormal na magsimula ang programa.

Ang programang inihanda ay pangungunahan ng ama ng lalawigan na si Governor Manuel N. Mamba kasama ang mga empleyado, retirees, at mga bisita mula sa iba't ibang ahensiya. Inaanyayahan ang publiko na dumalo, makisaya at makisalo.

Bahagi din ng selebrasyon ang Symphony of Lights na sasabayan ng kumukutitap na ilaw ang ating mga paboritong Christmas songs.

Ang pinaka-highlight ng araw na ito ay ang sabay-sabay na Christmas lighting ng lahat ng tanggapan ng PGC, maging ang nasa labas ng Kapitolyo, kasama ang Rizal Park, Sub-capitol sa Lal-lo, mga district hospitals, at mga Visitor's Pavilion sa buong lalawigan.

Isang musical extravaganza naman ang ihahandog ng mga singing employees na tiyak kagigiliwan ng lahat. Bago magtapos ang gabi, isang fireworks display ang magbibigay kulay at liwanag sa kalangitan.

Samantala, magsisimula ang kasiyahan ng Kapaskuhan sa Cagayan Sports Complex sa Disyembre-5 kung saan tampok ang Banchetto sa Mamba Gym at sa iba’t ibang panig ng complex.

Samahan kami sa isang hindi makakalimutang Paskong inihanda ng Kapitolyo para sa ating mga Cagayano! !
