Sugar Wax is an All-Natural Hair Removal that DOES NOT contain resins or plastics. Therefore, HEAT, COLD, AIR and WATER affect its consistency.

Ex.:
a. Sun or heat exposure during delivery.
b. Storage temperature is higher or lower than room temperature (30 degrees celsius).
c. Air exposure when jar is open.

Just like candy and chocolate, it will melt or harden when put in a cold or hot area and it will moist when exposed to air.

So what are the work around to manage its consistency?

1. If the top part of the wax is very moist or runny, sprinkle powder on top of it OR rewarm the wax for 30 seconds medium to high heat, then mix it very well. Put the lid back and allow to cool down before using.

2. If the wax is too hard, you can warm the wax in a microwave or a hot bowl of water.
- Microwave: 10-30 secs with 10 secs interval
- Hot Water: 30-60 seconds

3. Make sure to perform waxing in the evening for a much better result.

What are the differences between REGULAR and NO KNEADING sugar wax?

1. REGULAR needs kneading or warming. It also needs warming when stored in air-conditioned room. This is more manageable when it starts melting since the original consistency is thicker than the No Kneading.

2. NO KNEADING is ready to use in room temperature. It can be used by fingers or spatula. It only needs warming if stored in air-conditioned room.

Directions for use:
