Manong's Fishball Sauce Recipe 😋😋
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups water
½ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar (or calamansi juice)
1 small onion, minced
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
salt and pepper to taste
Siling labuyo kung gusto ng maanghang
PROCEDURE:
1. Ilagay ang tubig, toyo, as**al na p**a, s**a, sibuyas, bawang, all purpose flour at cornstarch sa isang kaldero. Haluin ang mga ito ng mabuti.
2. Pakuluan ang mixture ng ilang minuto. Kapag nagsisimula nang kumulo, haluin ito para hindi magkaroon ng buo-buo.
Ilagay ang sili. Timplahan ng asin at paminta depende sa panlasa.

Lumpiang Gulay Recipe 😋🌱
Mga sangkap
3 cups toge (bean sprout)
1 medium carrot
1 medium kamote
200grams green beans
1 small repolyo (cabbage)
1 large onion
4 cloves garlic
Lumpia wrappers (big dapat pero wala ako mabilhan kaya small ginamit ko, dalawa ang ginamit ko sa bawat roll)
2 tbsp. Oyster sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
PROCEDURE:
1. Magpainit ng kaunting mantika. Igisa ang sibuyas at bawang. Then, isunod nang ilagay ang kamote, carrot at beans. Timplahan ng oyster sauce, salt at pepper pampalasa. Igisa hanggang meduo lumambot ang carrot at kamote.
2. Kapag medyo malambot na ang naunang gulay, ilagay na ang toge or bean sprout at repolyo. Lutuin ng 1 minute.
3. Hanguin na at ilagay sa strainer ang gulay para masala ang exccess liquid or sabaw. Palamigin ito bago balutin.
4. Kapag malamig na, ibalot na ang gulay gamit ang lumpia wrappers.
5. Pagkabalot, Iprito ito hanggang maging crispy at golden brown. Enjoy with your favorite sawsawan! 😋
