Green Tea & Neroli — Elnaris Original

This fragrance opens with a beautifully crisp burst of citrus that immediately feels like stepping into soft morning light. The blend of bergamot, lemon, tangerine, and grapefruit is bright yet smooth—fresh and luminous without being too sharp.

As it develops, the heart unfolds in a calm, almost meditative way. The green tea note is clean and slightly earthy, perfectly paired with the soft floral touch of neroli and orange blossom. There’s also a subtle hint of smokiness in the background, adding depth and quiet complexity without overpowering the freshness.

In the dry down, the scent becomes warmer and more comforting. Benzoin and vanilla bring a gentle sweetness, while ambrette, myrrh, and moss ground the fragrance with a soft, natural earthiness.

We created something soft, quiet, and a little bit addictive… but we still can’t find the perfect name for it.

Tuberose & Musk opens really soft and natural parang fresh flowers in the evening, not too creamy, not too loud. The tuberose feels a bit green at first, then slowly becomes smoother as the jasmine comes in. The jasmine adds a gentle sweetness, but it’s not overpowering more like a quiet presence than something that demands attention.

As it settles, it becomes very comforting. The musk feels clean and skin-like, while the sandalwood gives it that soft, creamy warmth in the background. It doesn’t project too much—it just sits close to you, parang soft cloud that lingers.

Our new stocks starting February are now backed by our supplier’s Certificate of Analysis (COA), confirming that our alcohol is safe and methanol-free, signed by a Registered Chemist (RCh).

Moving forward, we will do our best to update our COA for every batch and continue to invest in independent laboratory testing for added assurance. We will also keep you updated every time we purchase raw materials, always backed with proper lab results.

Each alcohol we use comes with its own batch code/number, making it easy for us to trace and monitor. We also have proof of purchase from our supplier to ensure full transparency.

We want to share a clear update regarding our recent lab results for full transparency and your peace of mind.

All of our alcohol supplies from our supplier come with unique barcodes per batch, which allows us to properly track and test each one.

From our tests:
• Our finished product showed around 0.11% methanol, which is within the safe and allowable limit. This came from a different batch of alcohol with a different barcode.
• In a separate test using another alcohol batch (with a different barcode), the result came out METHANOL FREE — no traces detected.

This shows that results may vary depending on the specific alcohol batch used, which is why batch tracking is very important.

Moving forward, we will strictly monitor and test our raw materials per barcode batch to ensure consistent quality and safety in every product we release.

We want to share an update regarding our recent lab test results for transparency and your peace of mind.

Our product was tested and showed a methanol content of 0.118% (~0.11%), which is within the allowable impurity limit of 0.5% (v/v) based on current standards. This means it is considered safe and compliant.

Please know that your safety is always our top priority. We are continuously monitoring our materials and working closely with our suppliers to ensure quality in every batch.

Hi everyone,

We just want to give you a quick update and also reassure you.

Please allow 15–20 business days for the lab results. We know waiting can feel a bit long, but we want to do this properly and make sure everything is verified and safe. Our supplier has been responsive since Day 1, and they’re fully aware that we are sending samples to different laboratories for testing.

Moving forward, we’ll be purchasing alcohol per drum to make it easier for us to consistently send samples for testing every batch. The only small challenge is… paano natin iaakyat sa 2nd floor 😅 but don’t worry—we’ll figure it out. We always do.

We’ve also seen results from other brands using the same supplier, and all of them came out SAFE. But for us, we don’t just rely on that—we want our own Certificate of Analysis (COA) for peace of mind and for everyone’s safety.

This is us choosing responsibility over convenience. Always.

And to our fellow co-brand owners—just a gentle reminder:
If your supplier starts becoming unresponsive or defensive, take that as a sign. Transparency should never be an issue when it comes to safety.

Starting next week, we will begin sending our perfume samples to accredited laboratories for methanol testing. This is part of our commitment to ensure that every product we release is safe and aligned with the highest standards.

In addition to this, we will also be sending alcohol samples from every batch of purchase for testing. Since we can’t monitor everything at all times, we want to take extra precautions. Ayaw namin na may kahit isang gallon na makalusot na may methanol content.

We know this process takes time, effort, and resources—but for us, peace of mind and your safety are priceless.

Our alcohol base supplier has assured us that the ingredients used are methanol-FREE. However, we also recognize that assurance alone is not enough — especially when it comes to your health and peace of mind.

That’s why we are taking an extra step.
We have already reached out to several accredited laboratories where we can send our perfume samples for proper testing.

At the moment, we are currently waiting for responses from two laboratories we have contacted.

In the spirit of transparency and community,
if you know any trusted laboratories that conduct methanol testing, we would truly appreciate your recommendations. We are more than willing to coordinate with them.
