ریبیز Rabies یا باؤلے کتے کا کاٹنا موت ہے! ریبیز سے ہر سال تقریبا 55 ہزار لوگ مر جاتے ہیں۔
کتا اگر آپ کو کاٹتا ہے تو اس سوچ بچار میں وقت ضائع مت کیجیے کہ وہ پاگل تھا یا گھریلو تھا، پہلی فرصت میں قریبی سرکاری ہسپتال جائیے۔ وہاں ایمرجیسنی والے اس صورت حال کو پرائیویٹ ڈاکٹروں سے سو گنا زیادہ بہتر طریقے سے جانتے ہیں، روزانہ ایسے مریض دیکھتے ہیں۔ مرچیں لگانا، سکہ باندھنا، یہ سب تکے لگانے جیسا ہے۔ اگر کتا پاگل نہیں تھا تو یہ سب ٹوٹکے کام کریں گے، اگر پاگل تھا تو موت یقینی ہے!
ہسپتال دور ہے تو صابن اور بہتے پانی سے دس پندرہ منٹ تک اچھی طرح زخم کو دھوئیے اس کے بعد پٹی مت باندہیں۔ اسے کھلا رہنے دیجیے اور ہسپتال چلے جائیے۔ چودہ ٹیکوں کا زمانہ گزر گیا۔ اب ایک ھفتہ میں تین ٹیکوں (شیڈول: 0-3-7) کا کورس ہو گا، پہلا ٹیکہ پہلے دن۔ دوسرا ٹیکہ پہلے ٹیکے کے تین دن بعد اور تیسرا ٹیکہ دوسرے ٹیکہ کے چار دن بعد لگتا ھے۔ ایک ھفتہ میں کورس مکمل ھو جاتا ھے۔
اسی طرح کتا جتنا سر کے قریب کاٹے گا، وائرس اتنی تیزی سے دماغ تک جانے کا خطرہ ہوتا ہے۔ پاؤں پر یا ٹانگ پر کاٹا ہے تب بھی جلدی ہسپتال جانا ضروری ہے ۔
کتے کا پنجہ لگے، کوئی خراش ہو جائے اور خون نہ آئے تو ٹیکہ کی ضرورت نہیں ھے،
ریبیز سامنے آنے کے بعد پوری دنیا میں آج تک پانچ سے زیادہ لوگ نہیں بچ سکے۔
کتا،بلی، گائے، بھینس، گیدڑ ،گھوڑا، گدھا، چمگادڑ، ہر وہ جانور جو دودھ پلانے والا ہے، وہ ریبیز کا شکار ہو سکتا ہے۔ پاگل کتا جب انہیں کاٹتا ہے تو وہ اپنے جراثیم ان میں منتقل کر دیتا ہے۔ وہی جراثیم انسانوں میں منتقل ہو سکتے ہیں اگر یہ جانور کاٹ لیں۔ یہ وائرس متاثرہ جانور کے لعاب میں بھی پایا جاتا ہے۔.

In the past, *Al-Khidmat* Foundation has started a vaccination *project* which is valid for *Ten months.* To provide *better facilities* and free *medicines* to the people. But I *felt* that these *projects* are already in *disarray* . Because *Non-local* people are often *recruited* . Rather most of the *local people* have been posted in other *UCs* . Which is a living example. Haroon Rasheed who lives in *Sashi Khel* of UC Spinwam-1. He has been given duty in *Tati Madi khel in UC Spinwam-2.* Rather, we asked *Haroon Rasheed* to work on Area *Sashi Khel* and *Tori Mir Ali* area of *UC Spinwam-1.* And *Syed khan* , who is considered among on the *disabled people.* He was put on duty in *Tehsil Shewa-1* instead of *UC Spinwam-2* area *Tati Madi khel*.basically he is leaving in *UC Spinwam-2* in their *home land* . And people from *Tehsil Shewa* and Spinwam come to the *Benazir Income Support Program* at RHC Spinwam Hospital. For which there is a *continuous* needed for a *servant* in the duty hours at the *fixed center.* *No man was placed on it.* We request all the *responsible* people of *Al Khidmat Foundation.* To place the *most local* people and changed their assigned duties to their own UC for better vaccination and got good services. I think this issue should be removed as soon as possible. So that the people of Spinwam are not deprived of a basic facilities. And you will not be held accountable on the Day of Resurrection.
