Pl approve my post as it is very important for all us to understand this issue.
Assalamualaikum to all those on internet not aware of the issue of the transgender act 2018. The actual pdf of the act is easily downloadable from Google. This act was proposed in the assembly in 2018, but it was pending, and it was again raised by the new govt, and finally it is passed two days ago. The link is below.


Now to those Questions. What is wrong with the act. The act is a disaster in disguise. Why?

We are raised in a society where cultural norms and and tabbos are on its peak. We are not allowed to poke nose on the non-comcerned matters, hardly any of us actually know what deficiencies Hijras have. They are born incomplete, they have either mixed male/female hormones and they are born male but don't produce the exact amount of hormones at the time of puberty. So is the case of female. But these deficiencies are from the birth, usually appears at the age of 5-6.

We usually call them transgenders, here we are mistakenly took the term to the by birth deficit person.

According to Google "denoting or relating to a person whose sense of personal identity and gender does not correspond with their birth s*x"

Transgender people are people whose gender identity is different from the gender they were thought to be at birth.

When we're born, a doctor usually says that we're male or female based on what our bodies look like. Most people who were labeled male at birth turn out to actually identify as men, and most people who were labeled female at birth grow up to be women. But some people's gender identity – their innate knowledge of who they are – is different from what was initially expected when they were born. Most of these people describe themselves as transgender.

It means they are completely male or female by birth, but after puberty or at any age of their life, they assume themselves as the opposite genders,like they are physically male but thought of themselves as female, same is the case with female Transgenders.

This act is not only for Hijras, but for the Transgenders clearly, and for those who are Eu**ch.

Eu**ch according to google, a man who has been castrated, especially (in the past) one employed to guard the women's living areas at an oriental court.

Means anyone who undergoes surgerical removal of his genitalias, or ovaries. Etc.

Now the big red flag is..

1. If a guy who is male, thinking of himself as female, will get himself registered as female because he thinks he is a female, and now with this Law he is declared as female, he can marry another male.
