Calling all Entrepreneurs and Services Providers to become P&G Business Partners via P&G Pakistan’s 3rd Supplier Diversity Business Development Program, which is kicking off on Monday, 27 February 2023.

P&G’s Supplier Diversity efforts started in 1976 and since 2007, P&G continues to spends more than $2 billion with diverse-owned businesses every year. In FY20/21 we surpassed $3 billion globally for the first time, which highlights the exponential business value P&G puts in its Supplier Diversity Program.

In Pakistan, the “Supplier Diversity College” is a program that helps to grow and develop women-owned and/or women-led businesses. Under this initiative, we look out to invest with diverse suppliers, which creates value in our community through economic inclusion and empowerment. We are intentionally committed to developing a diverse supply base by working directly with diverse-owned businesses, and indirectly through our majority-owned partners.

During Supplier Diversity College, free trainings will be provided by our top management & potential external partners in the following areas:

· Finance & Taxation: Forecasting, budgeting, planning, P&L, financial analysis, applicable taxes
· Marketing: Understanding how / when to grow your business / aligning / planning / ex*****on
· Sales: Why knowing your customer is key & how to reach your customers
· Purchases: A buyers perspective
· HR: Beyond hiring & firing
· Digital: Use of digital tools available
· Legal: Conducting Business In Pakistan

The pool of business partners we would like to train can be from any of the following categories, but not limited:

· Advertising/Communications/Marketing Services
· Business Support Services
· Information Technology
· Healthcare / Medicine
· Logistics
· Waste Management
