Bays International’s premium intimate wear brand, British Lingerie Studios, not only revolutionized the concept of lingerie shopping in Pakistan but as well, by creating awareness about the importance of self-examination. We held a 3 days in-store activity in our outlets in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, where we provided FREE Breast Cancer Examination from our designated medical professional.

To ensure such an experience, a special training session was conducted by CMSO, Mr. Farooq Shaikh for the entire retail staff at our Karachi Head office. This training session termed, "Customer Centricity. Our Customer. Our Boss" refreshed our team's customer service concepts and equipped them with practical knowledge on customer management.
To get the team into further high spirits, the training also included a session with Bays International CEO, Mr. Sohail Ahmed, and a certificate distribution ceremony.
