"i suffered due to make up that is the only my prior problem.
avneet had already told them about her skin and she was already under the consultation of their doctor and she was taking pre bridal treatment in the centre itself.
1.i had never taken any kind of make ups/ facials/any beauty treatment, since vlcc had a brand name she thought of taking makeup ofcourse it was an important function of her sisters wedding on 13th april 2013.

2. on 14th april i didnt do any makeup as it was an morning function and it was in gurudwara make up was not required.

3.in my mail it is clearly mentioned that i started having itching and redness and burning sensation by late morning and by late evening i started having blisters on my full face and neck .since it was late so i called up in vlcc center on 15th and got the appointment on 16th saying doctor will be available tomorrow morning , no priority was given after explaining all the problems.

4.on 16th Dr Jain had seen me and said that it is allergy and with which product i cant say may be some lotion /cosmetics used/may be brush used for makeup but definitely due to makeup since i never used any beauty products earlier as history taken by dr from me and as per dr reaction may also occur with in 48hrs.She started medications for three days but still after three days of medication it was not getting relief i called again on 19th appointment was given for 20th morning, and she started with higher dose of medication resulting loose motions and abdominal pain, i again called up dr on 22nd .on 23rd she added some medications.resulting bavneet started having hair loss also.but since old crabs and blisters were stared getting dry but some new blisters were there but as per dr no further medication to be given continue with same medications.

5.dr jain wanted to do some analysis with some instrument that instrument was out of order then she said no problem i will start treatment with that it could help me in analyzing her skin

6.There was no call from VLCC after 27th.. asking about the status of my face..untill or unless they saw the post which was posted on facebook earlier."
