Honestly, experience bohot disappointing tha. Sab se pehle cleanliness aur hygiene ne disappoint kiya — jaga kaafi unhygienic lagi. 😕 Service bhi extremely slow thi; almost 30 minutes tak order lene koi waiter nahi aya.

Pizza bhi below average tha aur overall experience bilkul worth it nahi laga.

Kundan Broast Karsaz Review 🍗 | From “YUM” to “WHAT HAPPENED?” 😭😂
Honestly, this visit was a big disappointment! The raita had an unpleasant smell, the food was pretty much below average, and the dry fries were a BIG NO ❌🍟.
Kundan used to be much better, but this time the quality really missed the mark. 😕
Would you recommend it? Not this time!

I made an honest review after my daughter’s birthday experience at Ginsoy didn’t go as expected. What really impressed me was that Ginsoy management actually listened, apologized sincerely, and took responsibility. ❤️

They personally reached out, sent a cake and Chow Mein as an apology, and genuinely tried to make things right. 🎂🥢

Mistakes can happen, but the way a brand responds to them really matters. Respect to Ginsoy for acknowledging the issue and making the effort to fix it. 👏❤️

Honestly, my experience at Ginsoy Gulistan-e-Johar was quite disappointing. The food was not up to the mark at all—taste and quality both were below expectations. Unfortunately, the service was also poor and the overall experience was not what I expected from Ginsoy.

I hope the management looks into the food quality and staff service because there is definitely room for improvement.
