21. Semi – ripe banana and leaf curries can be used. DIRECTIONS TO USE:-

JRHHR KARELA JUMAN should be consumed in 6 months continuously without break.
5 to 10 grams (3 times a day) diluted in pure water before meals. If you are consuming any other medicines continue the same dose for the 1st seven days along with JRHHR KARELA JUMAN
The proceeding seven days (in the case of tablets) take half of the dose and ¼ doses for the next seven days and stop. Thereafter continue JRHHR KARELA JUMAN only. If you are on a regular dose of insulin, continue the same dose along with JRHHR KARELA JUMAN for twenty days. Then take half the dose of insulin for next 20 days and dose can be reduced step by step and stop insulin after 2 months. Continue JRHHR KARELA JUMAN only. It s advisable to test the urine and blood for sugar contents, after a fortnight of treatment with JRHHR KARELA JUMAN for 20 days. This test should be repeated every week. Dose of medicine should be reduced depending on the reduction of sugar percentage
