DO NOT IGNORE THE SIGNS! 🚩
These conditions could be a sign of dysmenorrhea i.e.; abnormally painful periods.
While mild to moderate cramping is completely normal, some girls experience severe menstrual cramps, that start a day (or a couple days) before their period.
Primary dysmenorrhea does not have a deeper rooted cause but “secondary dysmenorrhea” results from a condition in your reproductive organs- like endometriosis or an infection (etc.).
Along with painful periods, women also face symptoms like nausea, fatigue, diarrhoea, and a lot of bloating.
Besides pain management techniques, like many reproductive health issues, this also requires healthy hormone regulation. 🌸
Cramps happen when your uterus contracts because of a hormone called prostaglandin, and if there’s an excess of prostaglandin, cause’s dysmenorrhea.
If you’re looking to balance hormones naturally, invest in our “seed cycle+”.
If you experience the above mentioned symptoms, consult a doctor asap.
