One person in every four will be affected by a mental Disorder at some stage of their lives. The World Health Organization (WHO) states that every 40 seconds someone dies by su***de.
We all need to take care of our mental health and wellbeing whether we are suffering from mental disorder or not. Even if someone in your closed ones feel some anxiety or mental issues, talk to them, try to resolve it out before its too late.
