Welcome to Forman Psychological Services Center (FPSC) -TSA: Addressing Mental Health, Healing Lives
FPSC is an outpatient psychological, emotional, and behavioral health center, established in 2023 by the Department of Psychology (FCCU). FPSC provides confidential services, such as individual, group, and family counseling. Here psychological assessments and training in crisis intervention are also provided. we are closely connected with other professionals in the community so that we can refer clients to them if needed.

On 2nd December 2025, Forman Psychological Services Center (FPSC) conducted an informative Mental Hygiene Seminar at the TSA Girls Hostel, facilitated by Ms. Mahnoor Munawar, Clinical Psychologist.
The session focused on promoting psychological well-being through practical strategies, emphasizing early identification of stress, healthy emotional regulation, and the importance of consistent self-care practices for maintaining mental health.
We extend our appreciation to Ms. Mahnoor Munawar for delivering an engaging and insightful session, and to all the participants for their enthusiastic involvement and openness to learning.

On 8th November 2025, Forman Psychological Services Center (FPSC) conducted an engaging workshop on Trauma-Informed Clinical Practice, led by Dr. Nazia Bashir.
The training offered in-depth understanding of trauma, its impact on psychological functioning, and practical guidelines for delivering sensitive, safe, and evidence-based care to clients with trauma histories.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Nazia Bashir for her insightful contributions, and to all participants for their active involvement and dedication to enhancing their clinical competencies.
