Step 1: Cleanse. Ensure all eye makeup is removed. The skin and hair should be bare.
Step 2: The "Silk Wrap". * Lash Oil: Brush from the mid-lengths to the tips.
Brow Oil: Brush through the hairs in an upward motion. Step 3: Rest. Let the rich blend of Cedarwood, Almond, and Vitamin E coat the hair shafts overnight.
