I have always internally hated my birthdays because of some memories surrounding it, but now in my 30s Alhamdulillah I have finally learnt to celebrate myself with pure joy and a carefree attitude.

• 1 whole wheat tortilla
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup cooked chicken strips (airfryed)
• 1 Slice mozzarella cheese (shredded)
• 1–2 tbsp ketchup or sauce of choice

• Optional: onions, capsicum, green chilies, spinach

I was strong then I am stronger now.
The only thing that has changed is my mindset.
My physical and mental transformation from January 2022 - January 2023. 1 year of an extremely emotional and difficult journey. There’s still SO much more to tackle but I’m proud of the person I’m becoming in this process.
