35 years old female with past history of TB(ATT taken) presented with pain abdomen. Tenderness all over abdomen. TLC 23 thousands. Bad chest with hyperventilating. Surgical finding were 3*3 cm perforation in distal ileum. Most probably tuberculosis gut.
